One of only three non-profit Life Plan Communities in New Mexico, The Neighborhood in Rio Rancho offers a secure and predictable path for seniors who want to plan ahead. Set against stunning panoramic views of the Sandia Mountains, residents enjoy independent living alongside all levels of supportive care with no entry fee. Activities include line dancing, an on-site indoor pool, the New Horizons Art Gallery, raised garden beds, and easy access to the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta. All care levels are provided: Assisted Living, Alzheimer's & Dementia Care, Nursing Care, and Rehabilitation & Skilled Care.
